There are 3 options for obtaining support. 1) There is the Proxy Knowledgebase, which has articles specifically related to help with your proxy web sites such as tweaking scripts and blocking countries. 2) The General Knowledgebase which has information about cPanel, your e-mail service and other aspects of your hosting account. 3) The Support Ticket system for asking questions which are not answered by either knowledgebase.
